Crunchy Feta Cheese Croutons
Ingredients:
- 8 oz feta cheese, cubed
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 4 tbsp plain bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions:
- In medium mixing bowl, place feta cubes, olive oil, paprika, herbs de Provence and bread crumbs (and garlic powder if desired). Gently mix until all sides of feta cubes are well coated.
- Place feta croutons onto baking paper and distribute evenly. Bake in preheated oven (400F/200C) until croutons become golden.
